Chicks are shipped USPS overnight express. We ship with heat packs when seasonally appropriate. We add Grow Gel and crumbles for feeding and hydration during transport. When you purchase chicks you are agreeing to the risk, which may include lost chicks, chick mortality and late arrivals. We must be transparent with the risk no matter how incredibly unlikely it is. Once chicks are out of our hands we aren’t responsible for the shipping process
